Step 1: Secure Your Place!

If you wish to pay now proceed to Step 2. If you want to pay later, no problem. Just make sure payment is made by May 15th to avoid a late signup fee.

Step 2: Make Payment! 

Now you are registered, you can pay for camp by clicking on this link:

Please know you can register for camp now and make your payment any time before May 15th. After may 15th there will be a $25 late fee charge. So register early if you can!

Step 3: Fill Out Your Consent Form

Once you have signed up, you need to complete the Camp Consent Form and mail it to us   RETREAT CONSENT FORM.  THIS FORM ALSO LIST WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO CAMP! 

For Counselors and Chaperons: 

All counselors and chaperson who have not completed a background check form within the last yeat need to complete the following by clicking on this link:   BACKGROUND CHECK FORM  Please please fill out online, print, sign and fax to 866-686-8051 or scan and email to Please use type in OCA Diocese of the South as your organization. You will be notified of the fee for processing the background check.

What are the dates of the summer camp? June 26th — July 1st.

How old do you have to be to attend? All Saints Summer Camp is for campers aged 8 to 18 (new highschool grads)!

What does it cost to attend the retreat? $290 and this covers your retreat t-shirt, all meals and all activities! The price increases to $325 after May 15th!

Is there a deposit? No — total amount for camp is due by May 15th. If you cancel after later registrations ends (June 10th) then will need to get $25 to cover expenses - t-shirt, agreement with Cooper Farms, etc.

Are their scholarships available? Hopefully! We will have more information on scholarships as the retreat approaches. 

What about counselors and chaperons? There are spaces available for counselors and chaperons that include some scholarship money. But we have to charge a fee to cover certain expenses in order to keep the camper fees as low as possible.

Do counselors, workers and chaperons have to have a background check done? Yes. Click here to complete it  Background Check Form

Is the retreat pan-Orthodox? This camp has been organized by the Dallas Deanery and Mississippi River Deanery of the Diocese of the South, but we heartily welcome the participation of Orthodox young people from other dioceses and jurisdictions. 

Where do I signup? Click on this link and it will take you to the sign up page: Camp Signup Form (when you finish complete steps 2 and 3 above). 

What about medical exams? Complete the medical questionaire when you signup. Probably be a good idea to have a camp physical done by your doctor and say you are good to go. That is up to your parent.

How do I pay for the retreat? Mail in a check made out to Holy Nativity (in the memo section note All Saints Summer camp) or pay online on our site.

What do I need to bring? An email will be sent out to you covering all you need to know about the retreat and what to bring. For an overview review the information on the Camp Consent Form. It list what you need to bring to camp!

Are there theme nights at the retreat? Yes! We are working on the themes and will post in the near future!
